Please read our cinema usage rules before your visit
Attention Visitors!
Children under 3 may enter the cinema free of charge. For a comfortable viewing experience, purchasing a separate seat ticket is mandatory. In special cases (festivals, premieres, special screenings) the administration reserves the right to modify the rules. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
The administration has the right to verify ticket authenticity and request identification documents. In the event of age restriction violations or breach of rules, the administration may refuse service. Ticket refunds are processed in accordance with the administration's current policies.
Visitors Are Required To:
- Hold a valid ticket before entering the screening and present it upon request to a cinema representative.
- Observe the film's age rating. If requested, present an ID document confirming your age.
- Occupy only the seat indicated on the ticket and not move to other seats.
- Set mobile phones to silent mode during the screening and refrain from using the screen light.
- Follow the administration's instructions, the cinema's internal regulations and public order.
Prohibited:
Outside Food & Drinks
Bringing food and beverages from outside the cinema is prohibited. You may purchase items at the cinema bar.
Alcoholic Beverages
Bringing or consuming alcoholic beverages on cinema premises is strictly prohibited.
Smoking
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) inside the cinema building is prohibited.
Photo/Video Recording
Taking photos, recording video or audio during a screening is prohibited.
Age Restrictions (16/18+)
Individuals below the required age are not permitted entry to 16+ and 18+ rated films.
Parental Responsibility
Parents or guardians bear full responsibility for admitting minors to 16/18+ films. The administration assumes no liability.
Ticket Purchase & Refunds
Tickets can be purchased online at cavea.ge and kinoafisha.ge, as well as at cinema box offices.
Ticket returns or exchanges are available up to 1 hour before the screening at the cinema box office.
